When I started Jubly-Umph I wanted it to be for people like me.

The type of people who were never in the cool group at school. The type of people that were much more comfortable with book characters, than actual people. The type of people who wanted to create, and make. In other words, Misfits.

It took a while for me to find my people (and now I have found them I have a great group of friends around me). But I still remember when I hadn’t found my people yet, and how isolating it could feel.

Which is why my favourite type of messages I get are from people telling me that they saw someone wearing my pins, so they said hello, because they KNEW they had just found a like-minded person.

I love the idea that my pins are helping all the other weirdos find each other!

But pins are small, and sometimes they can be hard to spot.

Not patches though: They’re easy to see. That's why I’m introducing 7 new embroidered patch designs.

There are new patches for bookish people:

There are new patches for writers and makers:

And even patches for when you’re feeling a sweary:

So make sure to wear your patches so other like-minded weirdos can find you.

The new patches will launch at 12 pm on Thursday 25th March (AEST).

Which design is your favourite? Tell us in the comments below!

Stay safe, and look after yourselves and each other.

Lots of Love, Tasha and the Jubly Crew. XX

I have put all my badges on a canvas and pick each day the ones to wear as to how I am feeling, so that’s how I make my statements. I love my collection of badges 👍

Love all the designs but I think my favourite is ‘Choose your weapon’. Although ‘Maybe swearing will help’ appeals too right now!

Love your patches! – I am involved with a social collective to share sewing skills to help reduce textile waste called Remode collective based in Edinburgh. Could we share a link to this blog with on our instagram and facebook pages? I think our volunteers would love these!

Love your work and have purchased many in the past.

Any chance of having one made that reads:

What? No-one got run over.

Would be awesome.

Michelle
