Returning or Exchanging an item bought at

We have a 28 day refund and exchange policy. If you’ve changed your mind or received a faulty product please make sure you let us know by emailing us at within 28 days to ensure a prompt resolution of your refund or exchange. Be sure to include ‘returns’ in the subject line along with your contact details, order number and reason for the return in the body of the email.

If you are making a return or exchange for any reason other than an error on our part, the shipping costs of your order cannot be refunded and you will be responsible for the cost of your return postage.

Please note:

  • Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Purchases using gift cards will be refunded with the issue of a new digital gift card which will be emailed only.

  • Please allow 10 working days for returns to be received and processed.

If you purchased your item from a Jubly-Umph Stockist:

If you purchased your item through from an authorised Jubly-Umph stockist any request for a refund or exchange must be directed to that stockist. Any of the above conditions may not apply.

I haven’t received my refund:

Please allow 5-10 working days for a refund to appear in your bank account. If it has been longer than 2 weeks please Contact Us and we’ll be sure to follow up your refund immediately.
