Welcome to the Jubly-Umph rewards program, where every purchase rewards you! You can earn points in multiple ways and redeem them as vouchers for purchases.

Ways to earn points:

Shop & Earn: You’ll receive 5 points for every $1AUD spent.

Sign up bonus: Earn 200 points for signing up for an account.

Happy Birthday: Get 200 points when it’s your birthday! Note you must have entered your birthdate 30 days in advance to be rewarded.

Ways to redeem points.

Once you've reached a minimum of 500 points, you can:

Free Shipping: Use your points on free shipping vouchers. 1000 points = free airmail shipping overseas or free express post in Australia.

How do I sign up?

Simply create a store account to start earning rewards straight away. If you already have an account you are already a member! Yay!

How can I spend points?

You can spend points under the 'ways to redeem' section of your loyalty panel. Here you will find the amount of points that are required to claim a reward or discount.

Once you have enough available points, you can simply select 'Redeem' - again within the panel; click 'Apply code' for the discount to be automatically applied at checkout.

Once you redeem a reward, it will appear under 'Your Rewards'.

Only one voucher can be used per order.

Do points expire?

Points never expire!

What currency are points in?

Points are worked out in Australian Dollars. If you are shopping from overseas this will be a different amount than your local currency. You can see the exchange rate here: www.xe.com
