We just wanted to post a few quick notes to let you know how things are going at Jubly HQ at the moment. We're still working and posting (mostly from home) however there are some delays at the moment with packing and shipping.
We are posting orders 3 days a week but for everyone's safety we've greatly reduced the staff in the office. Packages are still leaving Jubly-Umph HQ pretty quickly usually within 48 hours of ordering. However, we have been experiencing delays with Australia Post and also with most of the International mail services.
Currently, the delivery windows for packages are:
All orders over $65 get FREE Express post
Express delivery: 2-5 Business Days,
Regular tracked delivery: 5-14 days.
All orders over $95 get FREE DHL Express post (approx 5-10 business days)
Tracked airmail delivery times:
New Zealand: 2-6 Weeks
United States: 2-6 Weeks
Canada: 2-10 weeks
United Kingdom: 2-6 Weeks
Rest Of Europe: 2-10 Weeks
DHL Express Delivery Times: Approx 5-10 business days.
